In correct principle, good elasticity, use the 6 gums to make triceps, biceps and pectorals. It depends on the use requires wearing gloves because nylon ribbons brush on the hands. Includes a booklet in English explaining the different uses, and a stopper for anchoring it on a door at different heights. I recommend using it on the opposite side to the one that opens the door to prevent it from being opened by tension. We will see over time if it maintains elasticity and does not break.

I expected a different quality of rubber. Thought that the rubber would be more elastic. And soft rubber tubes. Maybe if you use two together-it will be better. But still-thank you.
